Kamloops to Jasper |
Your rail adventure continues north and east to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Highlights include Mount Robson, at 3,954 metres (12,972 feet) the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Falls, and the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. Overnight in Jasper.

Today you will enjoy a short scenic tour including the many natural attractions, rugged peaks, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of some of the many creatures that call this mountain park home. Overnight in Jasper. |

Jasper to Lake Louise |
Travel along one of the most scenic highways in the world, the Icefields Parkway. A stop will be made at Athabasca Falls before arriving at the Columbia Icefield. Here you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier. Time will be available for lunch (not included). A brief stop will be made at Bow Lake before arriving in Lake Louise. Overnight at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. |

Lake Louise to Banff |
This morning enjoy a one-hour guided lakeshore stroll around stunning Lake Louise. After lunch, a half-day tour takes you into Yoho National Park. At the end of the tour you will be transferred to Banff. Overnight in Banff. |

Banff |
Spend the entire day exploring Banff National Park on your own. Optional activities include soaking in the mineral pools at Upper Hot Springs, a nature walk, visiting Banff’s historic museums or cruising on Lake Minnewanka. Overnight in Banff. |

Banff to to Calgary with Summit Helicopter |
Begin the morning with a sightseeing tour of Banff. Among the points of interest are Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka, Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos. A trip on the Banff Gondola is included. Continue on to Kananaskis for a 12-minute Summit Helicopter Tour over the remarkable landscape of the Rockies. Overnight in Calgary. |

Continue on to Banff for a sightseeing tour including Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka, Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos. A trip on the Banff Gondola is included. Your tour ends on arrival in Banff late this afternoon. Overnight in Banff.
A price reduction of $119 will apply for the Summit Helicopter Tour in the event of inclement weather or if a guest chooses not to fly. |

Today you will have an entire day to spend exploring Banff National Park on your own. A half-day tour takes you into Yoho National Park to view some of its natural wonders. Among the attractions are the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake and a natural rock bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. The tour ends in Lake Louise where you will be treated to a one-hour guided lakeshore stroll. The remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure to enjoy this magnificent location.
