Royal Culinary, Wine & Music Experience

Imagine the gentle bouquet of a elegant chardonnay or a robust cabernet mingling with the exquisite aromas of meals prepared by our talented chefs in the luxurious comfort of the Royal Canadian Pacific. On this epicurean adventure you can expect to enjoy delicate creations that will delight even the most discriminating palate.

As you travel through British Columbia's beautiful wine region, you will enjoy fine dining, while learning about and tasting distinctive wines including the Mission Hill Estate gold medal winning chardonnay.

Your journey will begin with a reception at The Canadian Pacific Railway Pavilion in the heart of Calgary, Alberta. Once onboard the train you will see live culinary demonstrations by our chefs and informative wine pairing sessions by a wine director in the vintage carriages of the Royal Canadian Pacific. The Royal Culinary, Wine and Music Experience is the ultimate feast for the eyes, the body and the spirit in the heart of Canadian wine country.
